Our Story
My Coils is a woman-owned haircare brand birthed in the Kingdom of Eswatini. Inspired by my own natural hair journey and the love and respect for nature I developed healthier alternatives to haircare. I decided to turn my passion and experiences into a business that can help women embrace and learn how to nurture their hair. Our products highlight the benefits of using naturally derived ingredients to grow, maintain and repair coily, kinky and afro-textured hair types without compromising on the premium quality and luxury of each product. We currently have four products in our natural haircare range: Rose Water & Shea Butter Leave-in Spray, Methi Seed & Coconut Growth Oil, Shea Butter Nourishing Cream and Avocado & Macadamia Hair Butter. All our products are handcrafted with love.
Through research, I have found that there is a growing demand for quality hair care products catering for African hair types.
My Coils exists to not only sell haircare products but also provide natural haircare education in the form of trainings and masterclasses. We are trying to address the natural haircare concerns that conscious consumers have.
